What a Signal Access build looks like.

Three illustrative scenarios across the verticals we serve. These are the architectures and outcomes we target on a Core engagement — drawn from operational patterns we've seen across thousands of workflows.

Note: Signal Access is a new operation. The scenarios below describe what we build and the outcomes we target on a Core engagement, based on patterns observed across decades of operations work. We'll add named client case studies here as our engagements complete and clients consent to share their results.

Build Example 2

Real Estate: AI lead-response agent for a 12-agent team

Build Example 3

Home Services: AI dispatcher for an HVAC company

Build Example 1

The bottleneck: Mid-size personal-injury firm. Inbound call volume is heaviest 5 PM–9 PM and weekends — exactly when the front desk isn't there. Voicemails get returned in the morning, by which time the prospect has already called the next firm on Google. Estimated lost case value: 30-40% of after-hours inbound.

What we build:

  • AI voice agent answers inbound calls 24/7

  • Qualifies the matter type (auto, slip-and-fall, medical, etc.)

  • Captures conflict-check basics (other party name, location, opposing counsel if known)

  • Books the consultation directly into the lead attorney's Calendly when the matter is in scope

  • Routes anything ambiguous to a human callback queue with full notes

  • Integrated with Calendly + Lawmatics (or whatever case-management system the firm uses)

Target outcome at 30 days:

  • After-hours/weekend lead capture: 80%+ of inbound (vs. ~20% via voicemail return)

  • Intake-to-consult conversion lift: typically 25-40%

  • Front-desk team unburdened from after-hours follow-up; their daytime productivity rises

Engagement structure: Core build, 14 days, $4,500.

Legal: AI intake agent for a 6-attorney PI firm

The bottleneck: Mid-size brokerage running paid lead gen via Zillow + Realtor.com + Facebook Ads. The team gets hundreds of leads/week but the average response time is 4-7 hours — well past the proven 5-minute window where conversion is 21x higher. The leads aren't dying because they're bad; they're dying because nobody got to them in time.

What we build:

  • AI agent ingests inbound leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, and the team's website forms in real time

  • Sends personalized first-response (text + email) within 60 seconds

  • Qualifies on budget, timeline, financing status, and area of interest

  • Books showings directly into the right agent's calendar based on territory routing

  • Hands off warm-qualified leads to humans with full conversation context

  • Integrated with the team's CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.) and Google Calendar

Target outcome at 30 days:

  • Average first-response time: under 90 seconds (down from 4+ hours)

  • Showings-booked rate: typically 20-30% lift on the same lead volume

  • Agents stop chasing cold leads in the morning and start working warm-qualified ones

Engagement structure: Core build, 14 days, $4,500.

The bottleneck: Regional HVAC company with 8 techs. After-hours calls (5 PM – 7 AM) go to voicemail or roll to a tired on-call manager who has to triage emergency vs. schedule-able while half-asleep. Emergency calls get missed; schedulable calls get triaged poorly. The dispatcher is the bottleneck and they're not even on shift.

What we build:

  • AI agent answers all after-hours calls

  • Qualifies job type (no-heat, leak, no-cooling, system-down vs. tune-up request)

  • Determines urgency (true emergency vs. next-day vs. schedule-this-week)

  • For emergencies: auto-dispatches to the on-call tech with full job context via SMS

  • For schedulable: books into the morning calendar in the right service area

  • Integrated with ServiceTitan (or Housecall Pro, FieldEdge) and the company's phone provider (RingCentral, OpenPhone)

Target outcome at 30 days:

  • Captured after-hours emergency calls: typically $10-15k/month in jobs that previously went to voicemail

  • On-call manager freed from middle-of-the-night triage decisions

  • Morning dispatch starts the day with a fully-organized calendar instead of a voicemail backlog

Engagement structure: Core build, 14 days, $4,500.
